The 13-th Edition of creatiVE Summer School in Virtual Environments, is organised by Ovidius University of Constanta through CeRVA Lab of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science in partnership with Museum of National History and Archeology of Constanta.

creatiVE 2025 focuses on digitization of cultural heritage and its interactive virtual dissemination.

Target:

The 13-th edition of creatiVE addresses highschool, undergraduate, master and PhD motivated students in experimenting with mixed reality technology.

Expected number of participants: ONLINE/ONSITE 1-3 invited speakers, ONSITE up to 24 undergraduate (master) and high school students.

Participation:

Registration will be made by following the procedure mentioned below:

Step 1 - send an email of interest at "d m p o p o v i c i at u n i v - o v i d i u s . r o" without spaces NO LATER THAN 17th September 2025, with mention "creatiVE2025" together with your full name, affiliation, and a phone number. Be prepared with a proof of your status from your university/college.

Step 2 - registered participants will be confirmed by email!

The registered participants (i.e. email confirmed by organizers) have to pay NO fee!

Preconditions:

Participants must have programming knowledge, own a laptop on which the following programs are installed and running: Blender3D 3.6, a game engine (preferably Unreal 5, Godot, or Unity in this order) and RealityScan together with Meshlab.
